The Board of The Local Shopping REIT plc ("the Company") notes the announcement issued this morning by Damille Investments II Limited ("Damille II") that it has instructed transfers of the entirety of Damille II's holding in the Company to the shareholders of Damille II, to give effect to an in specie distribution of Damille II's investments previously approved by its shareholders. The Company will inform the market of notifiable acquisitions and disposals in relation to Damille II's transfer in due course
