Holding in Company
The Board of IDOX announces that it received notification from Nigel Oxbrow that on 8 August 2008 he sold 5,000,000 ordinary shares in IDOX on 8 August 2008 at 13 pence.
Following the transaction Nigel Oxbrow is interested in 6,610,768 ordinary shares in IDOX representing 1.92% of the current issued share capital. Nigel Oxbrow no longer has a notifiable interest in ordinary 1 pence shares of IDOX.
The issued share capital of the Company is 344,158,336 ordinary shares of 1 pence per share.
