Spice PLC19 April 2007 19 April 2007 Spice plc ("Spice" or "the Company") Share holding in the Company The Company has been notified by Simon Rigby, Chief Executive Officer of Spice,that he holds a beneficial interest in 6,354,485 shares of 10 pence each inSpice, representing in total 11.9 per cent of Spice's issued share capital. Thisinterest remains unchanged from that previously disclosed in Spice's financialstatements for the year ended 30 April 2006.
