The shares that are the subject of the disposals described in this TR-1 were transferred by Mr. Alijan Ibragimov to a transferee company wholly owned by Mr. Alijan Ibragimov. The assets owned by the transferee company are managed on a discretionary basis by a fund management vehicle owned and operated by, among others, certain members of Mr Ibragimov's family. As such, the transfer is part of an internal reorganisation of Mr. Alijan Ibragimov's holdings.
