Holding in Company

The directors of Leyshon Resources Limited ("Leyshon" or the "Company") (AIM & ASX: LRL) were informed on 16 February 2012 that Rathbone Brothers plc had reduced their interest in the Company to 352,400 ordinary shares as at 22 December 2011. This represents approximately 0.14 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company and accordingly they have ceased to be a significant shareholder.
