Evolution Group PLC20 February 2008 The Evolution Group Plc TR-1: Notification of Major Interests in Shares 20 February 2008 The Evolution Group Plc (the "Company") announces that it received notificationon 19 February 2008 from Credit Agricole Cheuvreux International Limited underthe Disclosure and Transparency Rules ("DTR") of an acquisition of voting rightson 15 February 2008 such that Credit Agricole Cheuvreux International Limited("Credit Agricole") at that date had a direct interest in 11,749,500 (5.25%)ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares"). Previous to thetriggering transaction Credit Agricole held 10,030,099 Shares. This follows the announcement on 13 February 2008 of a holding by Cedit Agricoleof 10,416,699 (4.66%).
