18th January 2007 Conroy Diamonds and Gold plc (`the Company') Notifiable Interest
The Company has today been notified by Gartmore Investment Limited, Gartmore Fund Managers Limited and Gartmore Global Partners that they have increased their notifiable interest in the Company following a purchase of 1,875,000 shares on 11th January 2007 and that the resulting holdings are as follows:
