Fletcher King plc (the 'Company') has received notification, as a result of a Companies Act 2006 section 793 request, that Duncan Investment Pension Fund is the beneficial owner of 400,000 ordinary shares in the Company representing approximately 4.34 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital. These shares are held by UBS Private Banking Nominees Limited.
