Holding in Company
The Company has been informed that, following the acquisition of shares on 22 September 2008 and 23 September 2008, Credit Suisse Securities Limited hold a total of 20,000,000 ordinary shares which represent approximately 7.90% per cent. of the entire issued share capital of the Company.
For the purposes of the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company's total issued share capital at the date of this notice is 253,313,554. There are no shares held in treasury.
The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 253,313,554.
The above figure of 253,313,554 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
