Digital Classics PLC22 February 2005 Digital Classics PLC ("Digital Classics" or the "Company") Holding in Company Digital Classics received notification from Apace Group Limited (a companycontrolled by Didier Stoessel, the former Chairman of the Company) on 22February 2005 that it had sold its remaining holding of ordinary shares of 0.1p("Ordinary Shares").
