Ambrian Capital plc received notification on the 4th March 2009 from Church House Investments Ltd informing the Company that on the 4th March 2009, Church House Investments Ltd acquired 300,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company.
Following the purchase of these shares, Church House Investments Ltd now has an interest of 4,325,000 ordinary shares in the Company representing 4.08% of the total voting rights attached to the issued share capital of the Company.
