Scotgold Resources Limited ("Scotgold" or "the Company") (ASX:SGX) (AIM:SGZ)announces that it has received notification from Kenglo One Limited ("Kenglo") that, following completion of the fundraising and issue of equity announced on 4 December 2012, Kenglo's holding in the Company was diluted to 4.7 per cent of the voting rights in the Company. Scotgold has lodged the relevant notice with the ASX.
