Charles Stanley Group PLC02 February 2007 Holdings in Company Charles Stanley Group Plc ("the Company") received notification on 2nd February2007 that Queen Street Securities Limited (a company of which Sir David Howardis a director) has acquired 127,500 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of325p per ordinary share.
