Public Service Properties Inv Ltd10 January 2008 Public Service Properties Investments Limited (the "Company") Holding in Company This notice of disclosure of interests in the ordinary shares of the Company(the "Ordinary Shares") is made pursuant to 5.1.2R of the Disclosure andTransparency Rules adopted by the Financial Services Authority, on behalf of TheLiverpool Limited Partnership ("Liverpool") and Elliott International, L.P. ("Elliott International"). The Company has been informed that on 8 January 2008 Liverpool purchased 40,000Ordinary Shares and Elliott International purchased 60,000 Ordinary Shares.Immediately after these purchases, the following entities held the followinginterests in the Company: Name Interests being Disclosed------ -------------------------Elliott International, L.P. 8,040,000 Ordinary SharesThe Liverpool Limited Partnership 5,360,000 Ordinary Shares Immediately following the purchases, Elliott International and Liverpool held anaggregate of 13,400,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company, and the purchases haveincreased the aggregate holding of Elliott International and Liverpool beyondthe threshold of 20 per cent. of the voting rights in the Company.
