The Company was notified on 16 September 2010 that Montpelier Investment Management LLP disposed of ordinary shares in the Company at a price of £0.2485 per share on 10 September 2010. Montpelier Investment Management LLP also disposed of ordinary shares on 13 September at a price of £0.3538 per share. As a result Montpelier Investment Management LLP holds 654,780 ordinary shares representing 1.71% of the issued share capital of the Company.
