Disclosure of Dealings

The Company announces that Crystal Amber Asset Management (Guernsey) Limited ("Crystal Amber Asset Management"), which is investment manager to the Company yesterday purchased 415,606 ordinary shares in the issued share capital of the Company (the "Ordinary Shares"), equivalent to 0.45 per cent. of the voting share capital of the Company. The transaction was effected at a price of 157.19p per share.

Following the purchase, Crystal Amber Asset Management now holds a total of 4,015,606 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 4.34 per cent. of the voting share capital of the Company.
