("GS Inc."), of 85 Broad Street,New York, NY 10004, USA, was interested in a total of 21,880,906 sharesrepresenting 8.53% of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital. Of these 21,880,906 shares, a) An interest in 21,071,256 shares arose from the interest held by GoldmanSachs & Co. ("GS&Co."), a wholly-owned direct subsidiary of GS Inc., acting ascustodian of 5,267,814 American Depositary Receipts ("ADRs"). These ADRs are, orwill be, held at The Depositary Trust Company, New York ("DTC"). b) An interest in 359,352 shares arose from GS&Co. acting as discretionarymanager and custodian of 89,838 ADRs.
