Mountview Estates PLC18 April 2006 MOUNTVIEW ESTATES PLC ("Mountview" or "the Company") Holding(s) in Company Mountview has today been notified that pursuant to section 198 of the CompaniesAct 1985, the Executors of Mrs Doris Sinclair's estate transferred 18,000ordinary shares in Mountview on 10 April 2006. As a result, the estate now holds122,500 ordinary shares, representing 3.14% of the issued share capital of theCompany. On 10 April 2006, the Trustees of W.D.I. Sinclair's Grandchildren's Settlementpurchased 18,000 ordinary shares at a price of £45.25 per share. As a result theestate now holds 175,000 ordinary shares, representing 4.48% of the issued sharecapital of the Company.
