London, 13 April 2010 - The Company was notified on 1 April 2010 that on 31 March 2010, Capital Research and Management Company ("CRMC"), in respect of mutual funds under the discretionary management of CRMC, increased its holdings in the Company to 30,192,500 ordinary shares, representing 6.2111 per cent of the total voting rights attached to the issued share capital of the Company, being 486,107,759 ordinary shares.
