Agriterra announces that it received notification on 11 September 2017 that following the acquisition of 15,807,755 Ordinary Shares on 11 September 2017, Gersec Trust Reg. is now interested in 67,144,744 Ordinary Shares, representing 6.32% of the issued share capital and voting rights of the Company. The legal title is held on behalf of Gersec Trust Reg. by its nominee, Pershing Nominees Ltd.
