The Evolution Group Plc (the "Company") announces that it received notification on 14 September 2011 from Universities Superannuation Scheme Ltd ("USS") that on 14 September 2011, USS were interested in
9,244, 407 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares") representing a direct interest in 3.973% of the issued Ordinary Share Capital of the Company. This notification is in respect of a decrease in voting rights reaching the 4% threshold from 9,944,407.
