Holdings in Company
Pittards plc ("Pittards" or "the Company"), the specialist producer of technically advanced leather and luxury leather goods for sale to retailers, manufacturers and distributors, announces that on 9 November 2009 it was informed that on that date Browallia Holdings Limited transferred its entire shareholding in the Company to Browallia AB. The beneficial holding of Peter Gyllenhammar, who owns 100 per. cent. of both Browallia Holdings Limited and Browallia AB, remains unchanged following this transfer.
Subsequent to the transfer Browallia AB holds 141,816,538 share in the Company representing 63.53% of total shares in issue.
