Holders Technology plc ("Holders Technology" or the "Company") Change of Shareholding

Holders Technology, (AIM: HDT), received notification on 16 May 2011 from Mrs Andre Marcou that, together with her husband, she now has a direct or indirect interest in 406,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 10.3 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

The Company's issued share capital comprises 3,939,551 ordinary shares of 10 pence each with the Company holding a further 220,000 shares in treasury.
