Sable Mining, the AIM listed resource investment company, received notification on 28 April 2010 that following the subscription for 57,977,736 ordinary shares in the Company on 23 April 2010 as part of the placing announced on 16 April 2010, Harbinger Capital Partners LLC ('Harbinger'), as the investment adviser to Harbinger Capital Partners Master Fund I, has an interest in 204,581,827 ordinary shares representing 22.06% of the total issued share capital and voting rights of the Company.
