The Directors of Minds + Machines Group Limited (AIM: MMX) were yesterday notified by Mr. Guy Elliott that Mr. Guy Elliott, Mrs. Elliott and the Elliott Family Irrevocable Trust as of 23 July 2014 are interested in 24,933,500 ordinary shares representing 3.005 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
