SPARK announces that on 14 November 2014 it was notified that, on 13 November 2014, Derby Street Investments had acquired 1,250,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). Following this acquisition, Derby Street Investments holds 13,265,000 Ordinary Shares equating to 3.16 per cent. of the Company's total voting rights.
