Terrace Hill Group PLC03 March 2006 For immediate release 3 March 2006 Terrace Hill Group plc ('Terrace Hill' or 'the Company') Notifiable Interest The Board of the Company announces that it received notification on 3 March 2006that, following the purchase of 650,000 ordinary shares on 2 March 2006,Caledonia Investments plc has a beneficial holding of 15,200,000 ordinary sharesrepresenting 8.12% of the issued share capital of the Company. This representsthe entire shareholding of Caledonia Investments plc in Terrace Hill. All of theshares will be registered in the name of Caledonia Investments plc. The Company was also notified that, by virtue of the provisions of section 203of the Companies Act 1985, The Cayzer Trust Company Limited, a substantialshareholder in Caledonia Investments plc, is also deemed to be interested in theabove mentioned shares.
