(BCP) hereby informsthat it has received a notice from JPMorgan Chase & Co., of 270 Park Avenue, NewYork, on behalf of itself and its subsidiaries (the "Group") pursuant to art. 16of the above mentioned Code, informing the Group's disclosable qualifyingholdings in the issued share capital. "The change was due to a transfer of shares from one of the group'ssubsidiaries, J.P. Morgan Whitefriars Inc., to another of the group'ssubsidiaries, J.P. Morgan Securities Ltd., on 01 November 2007. As aconsequence, the holding for J.P. Morgan Whitefriars inc. fell below 2%. TheGroup holding remains below 5%.
