Disclosure of Interests in Shares
The Company was notified on 31st March 2014 that Rene Nominees (IOM) Ltd in trust for Mr Arron Banks, a significant shareholder, transferred 1,336,833 Ordinary Shares in the Company on 21st March 2014 into Rene Nominees (IOM) Ltd in trust for Marquise Holdings Limited, a company in which Mr Banks has a beneficial interest.
As a result of this transfer, the total Ordinary Shares in which Mr Banks has a beneficial interest remains unchanged at 29,339,825 representing 28.74% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
