Seeing Machines Limited, the AIM-listed (AIM: SEE) technology company pioneering computer-vision based operator monitoring and intervention technology services, was informed on 1 May 2014 that, as a result of disposals of, in aggregate, 10,495,485 ordinary shares in the Company on 30 April 2014, RBC Trustees (CI) Limited, RBC cees Trustee Limited and RBC Trust Company (Jersey) Limited together now hold 64,023,390 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 7.79% of the Company.
