Premier Foods plc21 February 2005 Premier Foods plc ("the Company") Disclosure of Interest in Share Capital On 21 February 2005 the Company received notification by Fidelity InvestmentsInternational of Windmill Court, Millfield Lane, Lower Kingswood, Tadworth,Surrey KT20 6RG that, as at, 18 February 2005 Fidelity International Limited ofPO Box HM670, Hamilton HMCX, Bermuda and its direct and indirect subsidiariesand FMR Corp of 82 Devonshire Street, Boston, MA 02109 and its direct andindirect subsidiaries, being non-beneficial holders, had a notifiable interestof 11,887,787 ordinary shares in the Company representing 4.85% of the issuedshare capital. This followed a disposal of an interest in 2,136,966 shares.
