Petroceltic International plc ('Petroceltic' or the 'Company')

The Company received on the 30th of May 2014 a notification from Worldview EHS International Master Fund, Worldview Special Situations Fund and Worldview Special Opportunities Master Fund which together have an interest in 37,000,000 ordinary shares which represents 20.04% per cent* of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

* This percentage shareholding is based on a shares in issue figure of ordinary shares 184,555,120.
