Cozart PLC08 February 2006 Cozart plc Holding(s) in Company Abingdon, Oxfordshire UK, 8 February 2006: Cozart plc ('Cozart' or the'Company') have been advised that the shareholding of the British SmallerTechnology Companies VCT plc ('BSTC') in the Company has been transferred to theBritish Smaller Technology Companies VCT 2 plc. The BSTC held 3,885,775 ordinary shares in Cozart at the date of the transfer (8December 2005) and all these ordinary shares have been transferred.
