HOLDINGS IN COMPANY
In accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules ("DTR") the Company was informed on 30 January 2009 by Barclays plc that, in fulfilment of his obligations under Rule 5 of the DTR, as at close of business on 28 January 2009, Barclays plc was interested in 4,001,230 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), representing approximately 6.94 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital. These Ordinary Shares are registered under Barclays Stockbrokers Ltd.
