The Company was today notified that Polar Capital Partners has disposed of 1,200,000 ordinary shares of 0.148642 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company. Following the disposal, Polar Capital Partners has an interest of 8,997,500 Ordinary Shares representing 5.43 per cent. in the Company.

The shares are registered in the name of Chase Nominees Ltd.
