6 April 2006 SILENTPOINT PLC ("Silentpoint" or "the Company") Holdings in Company The Company announces that it was notified yesterday that Smit Berry, chiefexecutive of the Company, has purchased 1,200,000 ordinary shares of 2p each at8p per share representing 6.86 per cent. of the issued share capital of theCompany. Mr Berry now holds 3,299,999 ordinary shares in Silentpointrepresenting 18.86 per cent.
