Holdings by the Randall & Quilter Investment Holdings plc Employee Benefit Trust
RQIH announced on 21 January 2010 the acquisition of JMD Specialist Insurance Services Group Limited (the "Acquisition"). Part of the consideration for the Acquisition comprised of 650,000 existing RQIH ordinary shares of 2p ("Ordinary Shares") held on behalf of the Group's Employee Benefit Trust.
Following the Acquisition, the Randall & Quilter Investment Holdings plc Employee Benefit Trust now owns a total of 569,824 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.0 per cent. of the issued share capital.
