The Company was notified on 8 April 2013 that, following acquisitions or disposals of voting rights on 5 April 2013, the below shareholders' interests in the Company have changed:

 

·; Henderson Global Investors is now interested in 1,668,636 ordinary shares of the Company (representing 5.31% of the Company's issued share capital); and

 

·; BlackRock, Inc., through BlackRock Investment Management (UK) Limited, no longer have a disclosable beneficial interest in the Company; and

·; BlackRock Global Funds - European Small & MidCap Opportunities Fund no longer have a disclosable beneficial interest in the Company
