Changes to significant shareholders

Vietnam Infrastructure Limited ("VNI" or the "Company"), the first publicly traded fund to focus on infrastructure assets in Vietnam today announces it has received notification from Temasek Holdings (Temasek) that on 23 June 2014, its funds disposed of 37,800,000 ordinary shares equivalent to 10.7 percent of the voting rights in the Company. As a result of the transaction, Temasek no longer holds any voting rights in the Company.
