Monday, 2 June 2008 - NETELLER Plc (LSE: NLR), received notification on 30 May 2008 that as at close of business on 28 May 2008 FMR LLC had a beneficial interest in the Company's shares that resulted in FMR LLC holding a total of 5,995,500 ordinary shares representing approximately 4.99% of the issued share capital of the Company.
As at 30 May 2008, the Company had 119,920,953 ordinary shares in issue.
