Driver Group plc07 April 2008 Driver Group plc (the "Company") Holdings in company 7 April 2008 The Company received notification on 4 April 2008 that on that day, CMC GroupHoldings Limited ("CMC Group"), who received 1,646,542 shares of 0.4 pence eachin the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") as consideration for the saleof Commercial Management Consultants Limited to Driver Group plc as announced inthe acquisition announcement on 3 March 2008, has distributed 997,771 OrdinaryShares to the shareholders of CMC Group for nil consideration. Each of theOrdinary Shares transferred is subject to the lock in as detailed in theacquisition announcement of 3 March 2008. As a result of the transfer, CMCGroup's beneficial interest in the share capital of the Company is now 648,771representing 2.46% of the total issued share capital in the Company.
