MITIE Group PLC02 June 2005 MITIE Group PLC ("MITIE") Notification of substantial shareholding On 1 June 2005, MITIE received notification that FMR Corp. and FidelityInternational Limited and their direct and indirect subsidiaries have notifiablenon-beneficial interests in 45,387,700 Ordinary Shares of 2.5p each in MITIE,which represents 14.98% of the issued share capital of MITIE. This is a decreaseof 188,470 shares in their holding since their last notification.
