The Company was today informed that on 1 March 2010, David Archer purchased 2,613,500 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the share capital of the Company. Following this transaction, Mr Archer now holds a beneficial interest in 12,601,372 ordinary shares, which represents 6.09% of the issued share capital of the Company.
