CAM was informed, on 19 November 2008, that Crosby Capital Limited has increased its shareholding in the Company from 204,466,067 ordinary shares, representing 83.98% of CAM's issued share capital, to 205,366,067 ordinary shares, representing 84.35% of CAM's issued share capital.
