Notification of interests in shares/holding of voting rights
On 9 September 2008 the Company was notified that as a result of the acquisition by Mr James Slater of 3,000,000 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the capital of the Company Mr James Slater now has an interest in 10,000,000 Ordinary shares and has the right to exercise 1.985% of the voting rights of the company.
On 9 September 2008 the Company was notified that Artemis Management Services Limited ("AMSL"), a company in which Mr and Mrs James Slater are directors and have a controlling interest, has sold 8,250,000 ordinary shares. After this transaction AMSL holds 2,450,000 ordinary shares with the right to exercise 0.486% the voting rights of the company.
The holding of the Slater Foundation remains unchanged at 2,500,000 shares, and has the right to exercise 0.496% of the voting rights of the company.
As a result of the above transactions the company has been advised that Mr James Slater no longer holds a notifiable interest in the shares of the company.
