25 February 2013 they had an interest in 17,552,001 ordinary shares (with indirect voting rights) in Fyffes plc, representing 5.90% of the ordinary shares in issue, excluding treasury shares and that as at 20 March 2013 they had an interest in 14,252,001 ordinary shares (with indirect voting rights) in Fyffes plc, representing 4.79% of the ordinary shares in issue, excluding treasury shares.
