Paternoster Resources Plc announces that it has been informed today of dealings by Riverfort Global Capital ("Riverfort") in the Ordinary Shares of 0.1 pence ("Shares") in the Company.

Riverfort has acquired 51,900,000 Shares with an average price per Share of 0.001026.

The total shareholding of Riverfort in the share capital of the Company following this acquisition will be 318,959,090 Shares representing 5.07% of the Company's issued share capital.
