Holding(s) in Company
The Company received notification on 30 May 2008 that, as at the close of business on the same date, Church House Investments Limited maintained an interest in the Company's shares resulting in a holding of 1,646,350 ordinary 10p shares ("Ordinary Shares"), representing approximately 5.04 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
In accordance with the transitional provisions of the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company advises that its issued share capital comprises 32,696,734 ordinary 10p shares, all of which carry voting rights. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Accuma Group plc.
