SCISYS PLC ("SCISYS"; AIM SSY), the supplier of bespoke software systems, IT-based solutions and support services to the Media & Broadcast, Space, Government, Defence and Commercial sectors, announces that it has received notice that funds managed by Alto Invest hold, in aggregate, 1,158,831 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the capital of the Company. This represents 3.99% of the total voting rights of the Company.
