Judges Scientific plc has been notified that Steve Grayson has sold 216,100 ordinary shares of 5p in the Company to Grayson Franks Limited, a company in which he owns a 55% shareholding. Steve Grayson is a director of Fire Testing Technology, a subsidiary of Judges Scientific plc. His indirect interest in the Company's ordinary shares remains unchanged at 5.03%.
